My mum came to A&E - we had to wait a long while to be seen as you need to wait on results and things coming back, mum became more unwell in the waiting room and was then taken in to be checked. Turns out she was a very unwell woman and would have to be transferred blue lights and siren to Queen Elizabeth in Glasgow for treatment (I'm not going into detail, the staff who were on know who they were and what happened).
I would just like to thank the staff for their care and kindness towards my mum, myself and brother, I can remember some names - Marie csw, Asher or Ash the consultant, staff nurse Nadine, staff nurse (male) and a doc (female), and the ladies at reception .I apologise for forgetting names. I would also like to thank Hosp cover Andy who also came to A&E to ask if we knew what was happening and if there was anything he could do. He also spoke to my mum and wished her well. Their kindness and care is very much appreciated by all the family. My mum is recovering in HDU in Queen Elizabeth Glasgow
