To the district nursing team,
As a family we are extremely grateful to you all for the excellent end of life care you gave to our relative.
Sadly he died last Monday.
He fought this illness courageously and without complaint. He was a wonderful person - an inspiration.
Thank you all again from the bottom of our hearts.
