About: Dame Carol Detoxification Service

(as a service user),

Have had a 10 day detox at dame carol the staff were very friendly caring and helpful and there if needed. It is a lovely house and made to feel very welcome and would recommend to anyone.  I had a couple of issues but they were quickly resolved as I have autism and was very frustrated over an incident.

One of the night nurses I found rude and abrupt a lot of the time and felt it was always aimed at me but all the other staff were lovely and I really enjoyed being in a safe and secure environment.
