"Highly organised, cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable"

I am due to complete a Pulmonary Rehab course tomorrow. The 3 members of staff who run the course have been fantastic: highly organised, cheerful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have thoroughly enjoyed it, and know much more about exercise that I did before. I shall continue doing the exercises to improve my general fitness, as well as walking regularly. I enjoyed doing the course with others. Because the maximum number of participants is eight, we have had plenty of individual attention. Important! I plan to continue to attend an exercise course with others, as it's much more fun, in addition to home exercises on my own.
