I am extremely grateful for all the help and support I received during my CBT sessions at Ealing IAPT. From the moment I received the introductory phone call, I felt a real sense of care and understanding. As I have a hearing problem, I was offered face to face therapy, I was very grateful for this opportunity. Yohani was my therapist, a wonderful person.From the moment I met her, she made me feel at ease and relaxed. I was able to share my thoughts and my worries, I felt real trust and respect.

My health anxiety was ruling my life, I lived in fear of what was happening and might happen. Yohani quickly assessed my needs and planned each session accordingly. She was very perceptive, she listened  to what was said and not said.She challenged my thinking in a gentle way. She boosted  my confidence, self esteem and made me a stronger person.I left each session feeling calm , refreshed, inspired and a spring in my step. Yohani provided me with lots of strategies to help overcome any worries or anxiety in the future. 
She also provided very useful literature relevant to each session.I found this very helpful and empowering. Yohani is a wonderful therapist, I felt very blessed and lucky to have her support and guidance on my journey. She helped me with many aspects of my life and encouraged me to be the best I can be. I now feel stronger, more positive, in control and able to move forward. I couldn’t recommend Yohani highly enough. She’s very professional, compassionate and patient. Thank you Yohani, you are fantastic. IAPT is a wonderful service.
