"Care + professionalism at Glasgow Royal Infirmary"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Accident & Emergency Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Acute Assessment Unit (AAU) Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Haemophilia Day Unit Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Imaging

(as a service user),

I presented  to A+ E as a GP referral for a suspected DVT.

From the Acute Assessment Unit to the DVT assessment clinic, Ultrasound Dept + subsequent discharge, I was treated with care, professionalism + compassion throughout.

In this climate of unrest within the NHS it is gratifying to know that we still have staff who exhibit outstanding qualities + go above + beyond to demonstrate the essential basic needs of every patient.

I was treated + reassured + cannot praise Glasgow Royal Infirmary high enough.

Dear Noyesey

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

I was delighted to hear the care and treatment you received from the staff was of an extremely high standard and you felt well looked after.

I will be sure to pass on your thanks to the staff in each department who I'm sure will be touched to hear you had a pleasant experience while under their care.

Kind regards

Kevin
