I would very much like to sing the praises of first responders from Maud, Aberdeenshire.
Also my additional thanks to Alex and Fraser, paramedics from Fraserburgh
They stayed with me until I was able to breath relatively normal without oxygen .
As a chronic Asthmatic I always have some issues but my inhalers normally keep me right, but on this occasion I was unable to draw breath and extremely fearful of the situation . It’s the thing you take for granted, breathing .
After a pleasant evening out with hubby a meal and a couple of glasses of wine, we returned home. 30 minutes after returning I was in a rigid state, trying to breath. I was horrified in the fact hubby had phoned 999, but at the same time relieved when they did arrive .
After testing it was agreed that I was experiencing a severe anxiety attack, which I’ve got to say is a first for me. Alex and Fraser stayed with me to monitor my breathing, reassuring me all the time
They gave me brilliant ongoing advice for further support and I will be indebted to these guys for their time, help and advice.
I owe you a massive box of choccies
Thank you so very much.
