"It definitely has a personal touch."

I don't really have to narrate a story per se however what I can say is I've had a positive experience with the inclusion team and healthcare in here, the inclusion team are positive, caring and efficient in the execution of their duties and it's clear they care both about the job and service users. It definitely has a personal touch.  

I have only dealt with the healthcare service in a brief way but the few times I have, they have been prompt in dealing with queries made.

I generally feel my healthcare is in safe hands and in someways probably would most likely not get appointments as quickly dealt with outside!
