"Appalling telephone and Appointments system."

About: Droitwich Spa Hospital

I had an Appointment at Droitwich at 6.30 pm today. At 5.15 pm today as I was about to leave. they rang to cancel it. My experiences have been just awful. They keep you on the phone for ages, cannot connect you, promises to ring you back just do not happen. They will not use ordinary text messages or e mail. They send you secure messages which do not work. Hopeless.
