About: Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as a service user),

I telephoned my GP with a heart rate of 30, and was advised to dial 999. I had prompt attendance by the ambulance service. I wish I had taken note of the 2 paramedics' names. They reassured me, were professional and kind. Thank you very much
