Emotional Coping Skills (ECS) Group 2023 – Feedback Form
1) How did you find the group?
Very helpful in building confidence around strangers, and grounding skills good for coping with emotional distress
2) What was the most helpful part of the group and why?
Grounding skills for help calming down from anxiety attacks
ACE skills for acknowledging achievements at my own pace and level
3) What was the least helpful part and why?
Social/relationships skills as difficult to practise, and tricky to apply in real life
Opposite action also, understood n theory but don’t think it easily applies to me
4) What would you change about the group/would like to be different?
Something like a table surface to write on.
Digital copy of the booklet also, with link to view videos shown in the session – would save emailing links.
5) How helpful has the group been in addressing and understanding your difficulties?
Very, I feel able to apply most of the skills and able to adapt to my needs. Doesn’t fully address the source of all my difficulties, but I didn’t expect that.
6) How did you find the facilitators?
Very kind, helpful and welcoming. They had wonderful insights and support throughout.
