"Great staff who treated me as an individual"

About: NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service) Stirling Care Village / Minor injuries unit Stirling Care Village / Xrays & ultrasound

(as the patient),

Had an appointment booked through NHS111. Was very quick, less than an hour from phone call to appointment time.

Was seen straight away with great professionalism. Had a separate appointment for something else just a few days later. Again seen within a couple of minutes of arrival. Straight in for Ultrasound. Great staff who treated me as an individual.

Rather than NHS bad news reports, these recent visits were fantastic. Full of praise for them. Well done to staff !
