Fantastic care from all involved in my procedure this morning. Sony (hope I spelt your name correctly) was my nurse on the surgical ward - efficiency, kindness and compassion throughout.

The other nursing staff were great too. Theatre staff were calm, kind and confidence-inspiring. Thanks to Terry and team for the anaesthetic, whatever cocktail you gave me worked a treat and I recovered quickly and had no adverse effects.

Sarah looked after me with great coffee and yummy food, Grantham catering department do an awesome job. Too many great staff to name you all, but thank you for providing such a high quality service. Julie, your team are wonderful.

Thank you for your amazing comments and I have shared with Sony and the rest of the team your lovely comments for everyone.. Sarah likes to ensure the patients are all fed well and I will tell her that you appreciated that whilst you were here with us and also will include theatres for their hard work.

I hope you are recovering well and I am always so pleased to hear that patients have had such a good experience with us as it boosts morale and assures the Division that the unit are delivering high quality care, which is what we are here for
