Anything else?
People are always quick to criticise and leave comment on bad experiences but not necessarily as quick to do the same when things go well, so I would like to take this opportunity to praise the all the staff who took care of my 81 year old neighbour when we visited A&E on Friday morning (26th July) We arrived in A&E (by ambulance) and were checked in immediately and put into a cubicle. Bloods was taken and pain relief given soon after and as soon as she was more comfortable she was taken to x-ray. A little after she arrived back from that she was moved to Resus where they realigned her shoulder and then she was back to the cubicle for another short wait before being moved to EAU to wait for an op on her hip which was done yesterday. All the staff were efficient, incredibly carrying, and took the time to explain what was going on.
