Anything else?
My mother was admitted from her care home with a fractured femur, she has dementia with all the existing complications, but the staff on Kennedy from the Sister to the people cleaning the wards, gave my mother so much care and attention. The staff had no warning of our visits but each time we went , at different times of the day someone was checking her, making sure she had no pain, making her drink and eat. They made sure that she ate food that was easy for her at the start because she had little appetite All the staff were available to talk, and the two doctors who attended mum gave of their time to explain all that was going on, and considering how busy they all are, we were never made to feel rushed. If I ever break something and have to spend time in hospital, I hope they take me to Kennedy Ward, A huge thank you to all the hardworking compassionate staff on Kennedy Ward
