"I'm still waiting"

I feel they manipulate and do things over the phone so there is no evidence of them abusing mentally Ill patients. I feel it's actually disgusting, the way they snide and giggle about me, they will listen to my concerns and allow me to breakdown crying but then they will say there is a waiting list and we don’t know how long it is going to be. I found this quite heartless. I'm still waiting, 1 year later for some support.
