"Perinetal mental health"

About: Clackmannanshire Community Healthcare Centre / Mental health resource centre

(as a service user),

I told a member of staff I have suicidal thoughts and struggle to calm myself down from anger/sadness sprees and asked to try some different medication to that I’ve been on previously.I’ve tried the behavioural therapy and the mindful app and all that so didn’t want to go round in circles.

I got refused medication and told I wasn’t needing to be seen by anybody because my daughter wasn’t at risk.

I literally called out for help and got told to stuff it basically and I know I’m not the only one with an experience like this.
