Last month I had a tonsillectomy in the Day Surgery unit at New Victoria Hospital, Glasgow and had a wonderful experience. I was extremely anxious about the procedure but felt well looked-after by all the team and they answered any questions I had, explaining everything thoroughly to me. I can't remember everybody's names but it was carried out by Mr Marshall and team. Special thanks to Danny who made sure I was comfortable post-surgery.
