I have Sjogrens and have started on medication. I had a massive flare up, dreadful inflammation, and I didn’t know if this was normal or a problem. I left a message on the advice line and was phoned back within an hour. Later that day the nurse phoned again: she had spoken to my consultant and I had an appointment for 2 weeks later. What amazing service.

Andrea, the nurse, was so reassuring and made me feel that I had done the right thing in phoning. I felt supported and looked after. Truly wonderful!
