"Happy with care"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Elective admissions (CEAW) 4 south

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I came to the hospital at 7:30 in the morning, I was waiting outside the ward on the seats for a long time before a member of staff approached me. I'm happy with the care I have received on the ward its been very good, I've no complaints. The ward itself is clean and I feel comfortable here as I have a lot of room to myself and the staff are friendly. The only thing I think could be improved is the food as it just isn't nice, I've  had breakfast this morning the toast was cold and so was the tea.
