What I liked
The attitude of the staff. Nurses and doctors seemed to get along much better than I have experienced previously in other hospitals. Friendly and coutesous to all patients even whilst clearly under pressure.
What could be improved
Waiting lists - appalling. Saw my consultant 9 weeks ago and still waiting for the letters I was told I would recieve within 3 weeks confirming my appointments for surgical procedures. Even when the letters do arrive its guarenteed the appointments will be a good 2/3 months away.
Cancellations - so disappointing. When you have been waiting 16 months in all for a procedure to have it cancelled 6 times is nothing less than heartbreaking.
