"great staff - poor service"

A specialist dermatologist prescribed me a special cream to manage my skin disorder. When I collected my prescription I got home to find it was not included I contacted the surgery and was told it was in hand and ready or collection Friday. It wasn't ready - a week later collected the prescription to find it was not what was prescribed. Spoke on the phone and told to return it - on return advised I would be phoned to collect the right cream the next day. No call received and when went back to surgery advised they wouldn't supply the prescribed cream. Terrible service even though those at the surgery seemed to try their best.
