Our baby had a tongue tie, the infant feeding lead nurse Barbara got it sorted very quickly, efficiently and as pain free as possible for our baby. She made us all feel at ease, and her tips for breastfeeding were so helpful. She is able to build an excellent rapport with her service users and does a fantastic job. Thank you Barbara.

Dear lionfz99,

Thank you so much for this very positive feedback. It is important that a timely response is given when a baby is struggling to feed. An outcome where mother and baby are happy and can continue with their feeding journey is our aim.

I am so glad you felt the experience was good as many parents are anxious when they bring their baby for assessment. Hopefully if they read this they will be reassured.
