What I liked
My baby daughter was born on 15.10.07 at 11.47am. The surgical staff were marvellous. I had a C section and it was my 1st operation and stay in hospital. Their reassurance and kindness were 2nd to none. They explained everything in full to me and in plain english. The atmosphere was very relax and friendly.
The rest of my stay was on Ward 56. Again, everyone was brilliant and couldn't do enough me. Their focus on patient care is absolutely unquestionable. There was a buzzer situated at each bedside for the patient to use and no matter what time is was, day or night, the buzzer was answered easily within a couple minutes. No one was ever forgotten about. The midwives and care staff were always available to give help, advise and support. Even the difficult customers received 110% care
Many many thanks for making the birth of my daughter so special!!!!
