"Nothing was too much for her"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Maternity Care (Wards 21-24)

(as the patient),

We would like to send our thanks and appreciation to Ella, the midwife at University Hospital Wishaw.

Last night, at a time of anxiousness, she calmed us, showed compassion and was informative. Nothing was too much for her and even when we were worrying, her open communication of what she would do and how equipment works, really helped us to understand what was happening. She updated us throughout, which reassured us and she was supportive.

We are really grateful to Ella and hope when it’s time for baby to arrive that we meet her again.

Thank you very much,
