"Rude and incompetent "

I phoned castle health as they sent me a message to contact the surgery

The receptionist was rude and very unhelpful i still don't know what the message was as the receptionist couldn't deliver the information this is not the first time ive had problems either your staff are rude ambiguous and think they can undemine doctors they cannot even relay a message im thinking of changing doctors now but i fear it will be the same there

Also i have been waiting for a spirometry test for well over a year and when ive inquired i have been stonewalled repeatedly its like you dont want to do them its a disgrace my condition has got worse yet when i try to get help your staff clam up leaving me frustrated and confused the pratice manager couldn't even call me back to talk about it
