"Great practice during pregnancy "

About: Chesterfield Royal Hospital / Maternity care

I will be forever grateful to the staff at Chesterfield Royal hospital, who cared for me and my baby during a rather traumatic first pregnancy resulting in my baby being born at 33 weeks by emergency C section.

This includes all staff on Antenatal, Trinity ward, Birth centre, surgical team, Neonatal and support staff. Throughout my pregnancy I received the up most care and compassion.

The Neonatal team are truly amazing they cared for me and my partner as new parents, they taught us so much and were so kind. We were reassured knowing our baby boy was in safe hands.

He is home now thanks to all wonderful NHS staff who helped us.
