What I liked

I've been seeing consultants for the past 3 years regarding a persistant cough. Although the staff are very helpful and friendly the administration processes is rubbish. On 4 occassions now I have attended consultations and been told that my next appointment would be posted to me. Months have past and no appointment letters were received. When I called the hospital I was told appointments had been made but I'd missed them. I confirmed they had the correct address on each occasion but still it was hit and miss whether or not i got an appointment letter. The whole process of then rearraging another appointment was slow. I'm now debating whether or not just to pay to go private as the NHS is just rubbish.

What could be improved

The whole administration process needs to be overhauled and some one needs to be accountable for errors which i've mentioned.
