"The staff were tremendous"

(as a service user),

I was taken into Fort Valley Hospital with a serious heart issue.

The doctors and nurses in the resuscitation unit were brilliant getting my heart rate down to an acceptable level.

I was then transferred to the Cardiology unit where I was in for another 10 nights. I can honestly say the care I received was nothing less than exemplary. The staff in the ward and day unit were first class. 

Although I wouldn't normally single out any of the staff but Dr Venkat, Tracy, Yvonne, Theresa, Steph, Lucy and Nancy were tremendous.

But a huge thank you to all the staff for making my staff so comfortable.

I am sorry to hear you've had as serious problem with your heart and that you've had to spend quite a while in hospital. But I am really glad to hear you re on the mend and that you had such a positive experience with us. I really appreciate the time you have taken to let us know about your care and the whole team will be really delighted to get your feedback and see you're doing well.
