"Great treatment in Day Surgery"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Day Surgery Unit

(as the patient),

Attended  for Hysteroscopy, endometrial biopsy and polypectomy.  The unit staff from reception, nurses, through to theatre team were fabulous.  Very attentive and caring throughout the day.

All procedures were fully explained and questions answered.  I was made to feel at ease prior to my procedure and well looked after on my return to the ward.  A drink and choice if food was offered to me and was also asked if I wanted more tea etc.  Monitored until my BP etc was ok and I was able to go home.  I cannot fault the care I received in this unit

It was great to hear the care and treatment you received was of a high standard and you felt well cared for.

I was also pleased to hear the staff took the time to explain the process and answer any questions you may have had prior to your procedure. This must have been a huge relief.
