"First class experience in the nurse led endoscopy unit"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Endoscopy

(as a service user),

I attended for a colonoscopy.

It’s a nurse led unit and it was a first class experience from start to finish. The staff were caring and professional and I had complete trust in them.

Everything was carefully explained and I felt the staff had time for me.

The unit itself was clean, well maintained and comfortable.
