(as a service user),

We arrived at the preassessment and were greeted by a lovely lady who already knew who we were which was nice All the staff were lovely and made us feel at ease a special mention to Geraldine who explained everything very clearly and was very pleasant 

The other staff were also very nice so a good experience of this department

My name is Marie Devlin and I am the manager of the pre op assessment.

I am delighted to hear that you had such a positive experience when you attended our unit. Geraldine and all the staff work really hard at making each patients visit as informative and personalized as possible. I will pass on your kind remarks to them all.
