About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / GP Out of Hours NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service)

(as a service user),

Following an incident where my 83 year old Mum suffered an injury to her arm, at home, which required a specialised dressing,she received timely,caring and professional care .

From the initial call to NHS 24 culminating in the home visit and treatment from the 2 on call District Nurses from Forth Valley Royal Hospital, I want to thank and praise all involved. The service was efficient, kind,caring and professional 

A great big thank you to all involved .

In these days of the NHS being constantly maligned, it is the dedicated staff " on the ground" who are holding it all together and providing exemplary care under such difficult circumstances 

Thank you to all NHS staff, you are appreciated and you are amazing!
