Brought child to a and e due to a burn. As very urgent we were in a stressed and distressed state.
I have a blue badge, dropped others at door and had to park in nearest space. Which in itself is a significant distance for me to walk As I was get out car I fell , and appears blue badge fell from usual place.
Still visible ,but due to fall, that impaired my already reduced ability to bend plus was very conscious that child's mum was
Very upset ,as was child. So rushed in.
Parking ticket. Only description "not in prescribed manner".
What does that mean?.
That blue badge needs to be scrutinized so it's within a prescribed area?.
Are people expected to injure themselves ?
We were in an urgent situation
I have a valid blue badge,
The 3rd party the NHS use refused to communicate with me
The only correspondence sent to someone who was out the country.
