"Little boy's stay in hospital"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Paediatrics

(as a parent/guardian),

I honestly can not thank Lincoln County Hospital, Rainforest ward enough.

We were admitted with our eldest son (3). It was incredibly worrying and scary, as every time we went to the toilet he was passing blood. I can not thank the nurses and Doctors enough for their care!

With a special mention to the nurses Vicky, Kaitlin, Ramona and student nurse Elena. They all were amazing at comforting my son when getting distressed and just all round supportive!

Also would like to give a special mention to play leader Karen on the Rainforest ward for again going above and beyond to make sure my son was happy - she made him a dinosaur out of cardboard, found books she thought he would like, and even brought books in from home. And for making his blood test go smoother by reading to him.

Another big thank you to the doctors, who did every single check and test they could to find out what was going on out with our little boy!

Dear Mummytotwo

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback. We hope that your little boy has made a good recovery. It is always much appreciated when families take the time to share their experience using our service. Your kind words shall be passed on to those involved. Thank you again.

Kind regards

Carol
