We had to visit Out of Hours with my 2-year-old daughter tonight. The ANP we saw was absolutely fantastic! She gave her a thorough examination and was so caring and attentive. My daughter immediately felt at ease as did I.
We felt very reassured after our visit and want to pass on our thanks.

Thank you for your lovely feedback and I am so sorry to hear your daughter required to visit out of hours, I do hope she feels better now. I am pleased to hear that our ANP was caring and attentive; as a parent it is always a worry when children become unwell so I am delighted to hear you felt at ease.
