I referred myself through the NHS website and was eventually referred to DIT with Ealing IAPT.
My therapist helped me a great deal and I am mentally in a much better place than I was when I started the therapy.
My therapist was patient and I was able to communicate with her with ease. The sessions have really helped me turn my life around, there a long way to go still but I will be forever grateful for the help I received via Ealing IAPT and in particular my therapist.
