Very good at sharing information about Dad. Within the team Sarah did a full examination and explained all she was doing. Alana and Ciara did very good follow up for his condition over the weekend. Thank you so much you are all a credit to the NHS.

I am the consultant for the Mid Hampshire Urgent Community Response service. Looking after individuals at home instead of hospital when it is safe to do so.
