"Dermatology department"

I had an appointment, when I arrived I was told I had cancelled my appointment which I most definitely didn’t as in urgent need of it. I was told by the receptionist I couldn’t be seen. I have been given another appointment which I feel is way too long. Can someone please help me?After suffering with feet like this for months I am very upset, I’ve left the department in tears and deeply frustrated I was unable to be seen
