"I'm lucky to have the help and advice"

About: Mental Health Community Teams / Lisburn

(as the patient),

I have suffered with my mental health for many many years struggling with it very badly. Then my cancer arrived followed by a heart attack, so my mental health got very bad and my already trouble life just became a very dark lonely frightening place. Had no one, and I believe if you don't suffer mental health it's very hard to understand. I became suicidal.

So I got the help of the OT from the lisburn community, Ann, who has helped me. Who has been here for me through the very dark days. Ann is very understanding and doesn't judge, she has been a very big help to me and still is. This help is very hard to get so I'm one of the lucky persons who has Ann's help and advice.

I can't thank Ann enough. Thank-you for helping me.
