"The care we received was quick and effective"

When my 5-year-old son had breathing difficulties, we had to bring him to the Blossom Paeds OPD at Craigavon. From the moment we arrived this morning, we were impressed by the professional, efficient, and thoughtful care we received. The triage process was quick, and the triage nurse clearly kept our son's needs in mind. The doctor and nurse on duty were very child-friendly and got right to work. Thanks to their treatment, my son's condition improved significantly.

The leaflet on croup provided us with further advice, which was easy to understand and very helpful. We are grateful to all the staff involved in our son's care, and we had a great experience at the department. The care we received was quick and effective, which is exactly what we needed. We found all the staff we encountered to be very friendly, and there was a nice atmosphere in the department.
