My mum has recently experienced a TIA whilst covid positive, since then she has been left with a collection of symptoms that appear without warning that cause her to suddenly become unwell. On 2 further occasions since her first TIA we have had to call for an ambulance, on the early hours of friday morning Richard a lone emergency responder attended a Fife call. I just wanted to say he was excellent, clear, kind, calm, understanding, honest and reassuring, we could not have asked for a more thorough assessment, he was excellent. Credit where credits due, Richard you were brilliant, I hope we don’t need to see you again but if we do, we’ll know we’re in safe hands.

Thank you so much for getting in touch with your Feedback. I am so sorry to read your mum has had to make use of our services as well as those of the wider NHS, I can understand how worrying this must have been for you all, especially your poor mum. What an awful time she has been through.
