I was booked in for an ultrasound and having never had the procedure before, feeling nervous. I can't speak highly enough about how warm and reassuring the team were. I felt that I was treated as an individual, what was happening was fully explained to me and they did everything possible to make the experience as painless and stress free as possible. This probably sounds daft but it made my day. I felt valued and cared for. The team are a credit to ARI.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments on care opinion. I was really heartened to read that staff treated you in such a person centred way and made a potentially stressful experience easier by explaining the procedure and putting you at ease.
We are really fortunate to work with such caring and professional radiographers and nurses. I have shared your comments with the staff as it is such a morale boost for them when they receive positive comments from patients.
