Komal, thank you for your quick response when I emailed you for advice.

Once the GP had approved palliative care/ end of life care for Mum, Neeta was exceptional.  We had been waiting weeks for a hospital bed and she managed to arrange one for the same day!  Unfortunately Mum never got to use it as she passed away the day it arrived.  Thank you also to Luca when I rang for help when Mum passed.

Everyone was so helpful and kind.  Keep up the good work.

Thank you for taking time to send us the feedback. I am pleased to hear that we were able to make a difference with working collaboratively with other healthcare professional. Nitta is a palliative specialist nurse and we work together to improve patient experience in the community. We have dedicated team of nurses, who are keen to go above and beyond to support families in the journey. We can provide crisis visits depending on nature of the call and Luca is excellent nurse with lot of clinical skills.
