Yes. I agree with those who say you can't get through on the phone .. 'cause you can't.

The person-to-person coimmunication is excellent; the surgeons are superb; the condistions commendable; the car park is free !!, yes, NHS, free !! .. its just easier and less frustrating to get in the car and jorney to Droitwich than pick up the phone.

Please Do Something about it. Please!
