I would just like to thank Butterbiggens Medical Centre for the excellent service I have received this week. Phoned Monday morning, triaged, call back from GP and seen that morning. Felt I was listened to in my appt and given a comprehensive examination of concerns with advice of what the plan was. Have since had phone calls from GP updating me on plan. GP had professional yet friendly in manner and made me feel valued as a patient.

I would like to start by apologising for the length of time this has taken to respond to you.

I was glad to hear you had such a pleasant experience from start to finish, from being triaged and receiving an initial call back from the Centre, to being seen by the staff that very morning.

I was happy to hear the staff took the time to listen to any concerns you may have had and performed a thorough examination to put your mind at ease.
