Brilliant care given. Dan and Jack- Ambulance, Fred and Laura- Falls and frailty, Allison, Sarah, Nicola, Donna and Patrycja- Urgent Community Response team. All people involved were so easy to talk to and explained everything really well. Very thorough with dads care. Thank you so much.
Care line call out also very good- gave instruction on what to do until ambulance arrived
