The Inspire Group is really helping. Especially my mental health and physical health. 

I look forward to coming to both Inspire and Alcohol Group.

It's going to be a long journey but I feel if I stick to the plan and groups I will succeed.

I have a lovely key worker. Positive meeting others on same journey, gives me new ideas to help.

Thanks for your valuable feedback about using the service. It is fantastic to hear how accessing the groups are helping with your mental and physical health. You have made the hardest but first step of accessing the groups, the changes you want to make should get easier with time. Keeping using your peers for support and ideas to aid your recovery, that's a key aim of group work.
