We came up to ED yesterday with our son after we were referred by our GP. We were seen very quickly in ED. We were then moved to the daisy ward yesterday about 3 O’clock.

Since being admitted on to the ward, everything has been excellent. The staff are very good and very attentive. The doctors are great. They answer all our questions very thoroughly.

Our only issue with the hospital would be the parking situation. It’s so hard to get a parking space. For such a busy hospital it definitely needs addressed and something done about it.

But everything else has been excellent.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us and I am pleased to hear you were seen quickly in ED and that it was a seamless journey for you both to the Ward. I am delighted to read that the staff have been so attentive to you and your son's needs and are supporting you throughout your stay. I will pass on your thanks to the entire team they will really appreciate your kind words.

I am sorry that it took a while for you to get parked and I know that this issue has been raised previously however, due to the layout of the hospital and surrounding estate, it is difficult to increase parking capacity. Our fantastic Estates Team are always receiving feedback regarding the hospital and I will be sure to share this with them.

I hope your son is improving and I wish you all the very best.
