"A day in Hollybank ward Cannock Hospital"

I went in to Hollybank ward  Cannock Hospital for an op on my right shoulder recently for the day 

I would like to say what a team, this is my 2nd op in 6 mouths as I had the same op on my left shoulder on the same ward. The team from the reception through to the man at the top , Mr Simon who did my op. They are all 1st class.

I would like to say an extra thank you to nurse Katerina who spent a lot of time and attention to me all day
